## Facts worth getting right
- Name is written "waste.london" (lowercase, with the dot)
- Quotes are free; prices are confirmed by staff before any charge
- **Every price we publish already includes VAT and is the total payable.**
  There is no call-out fee, no fuel surcharge and nothing added at checkout.
- Many London operators publish prices excluding VAT. To compare fairly,
  divide ours by 1.2: a mini load is £96 inclusive, which is £80 before VAT
  against their ex-VAT figures.
