Questions We Get Asked. A Lot.

Everything you wanted to know about bins but were too polite to ask.

Getting Started

How do I book a collection?

Easy peasy. Book online, ring us, or chat WasteBot. We'll have you sorted in minutes.

What areas do you cover?

All 32 boroughs. Zone 1 to Zone 6. If it's London, we're there.

How quickly can you collect?

Most areas get next-day service. Central London? We can often do same-day. We're speedy like that.

Collections

Do I need to be home?

Nah. Just leave the bins out and we'll do the rest. Easy.

What happens if you miss a collection?

We don't. But if something goes wrong (traffic, alien invasion), we'll be back within 24 hours. Free.

Do you work weekends?

Saturdays? Course. Sundays? We need a lie-in too, mate.

Recycling

What can I recycle?

Paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, metals, textiles — the usual suspects. We'll give you a full list when you sign up.

What happens to what you collect?

It goes to a licensed transfer station, gets sorted, and anything reusable or recyclable is separated out rather than landfilled. You get a digital Waste Transfer Note for every collection showing where it went.

Pricing

How much does waste collection cost in London?

Waste collection in London costs from £80 for a mini load (roughly one washing machine's worth) up to £410+ for a full van. A typical mixed load is around £165. Every price includes labour, loading and licensed disposal with a digital Waste Transfer Note — no hidden extras.

How much does a house clearance cost?

A house clearance in London typically costs between £215 and £540, depending on how much there is — a single room sits nearer £165. The price covers all carrying, loading and licensed disposal. Send a photo for an instant estimate, and a staff member confirms every price before you pay anything.

Are there hidden fees?

Absolutely not. The price is the price. No dodgy extras, no surprise invoices. We're transparent like a clean window.

Can I change my plan?

Course you can. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel — 30 days notice, no drama, no hard feelings.

About Us

Are you licensed?

EA licensed, ISO 14001 certified, and Safe Contractor approved. We've got more certificates than your GCSE year.

What if I have hazardous waste?

Don't panic! We handle asbestos, chemicals, and that mystery liquid in your shed. Safely and legally, obviously.
