We collect 7 days a week, Saturdays and Sundays included — nobody else's bins wait for the weekend, so neither do we. Sunday carries a premium, which we'll always tell you before you book, never on the doorstep.

It goes to a permitted facility. We do not sort or process anything ourselves — whatever happens to the material happens there, under their permit. You get a digital Waste Transfer Note when the collection is completed, showing where it went.

We ask before you book. Every charge we might add — a Sunday collection, a narrow arrival window, no lift on a fourth-floor flat — is published up front and priced into the figure you're given. If what's there on the day is materially different from what you told us, we'll say so before we load anything.

Hazardous waste is not collected on a normal load. We can refer you to a permitted specialist who is registered to carry it — they quote it and they collect it, not us — so tell us on the phone rather than leaving it in the pile. Asbestos, chemicals, and the mystery liquid in your shed all count.
