Every price here includes VAT. Many London operators quote ex-VAT — divide ours by 1.2 to compare like for like.

Soil, rubble, concrete and other heavy materials are priced separately — they cost several times more to dispose of than the same volume of furniture, so we quote those by weight rather than pretending the band price covers it.

Where the waste is, and how many stairs
If you picked items from the list, the price you're shown assumes we're coming inside, up to three flights: ground floor or a lift takes money off; four or more flights with no lift adds — and it's the same figure however many flights there are past four, because we don't charge by the floor. If we're pricing your job as a vanload instead, the price assumes kerbside, and the inside charges below are what it costs to bring us in to collect it.

Heavy waste
Soil, rubble, concrete and plasterboard are charged by weight rather than by volume, because a small pile of them fills a van's payload. We weigh what we take and charge off the ladder below. The per-tonne rate is what we fall back on when the ladder cannot answer. The excess-weight rate is added by a person when a load comes in over its band — it is not calculated automatically, so it will not appear on your quote unless someone has put it there.

Pricing FAQ
Do I need a subscription?
No. There isn't one. You pay for the job in front of you and that's the end of it — no monthly fee, no contract, no minimum term, nothing to cancel later. Book us once a year or once a week, the price works the same way.
How do you work out the price?
By volume. Tell us what you've got and we match it to a load size — that's the price. It covers labour, loading and licensed disposal, with a digital Waste Transfer Note issued when the job is done. Heavy materials like soil, rubble and concrete are priced separately, because they cost us more to dispose of.
Will the price change on the day?
Only if what's there is materially different from what you told us, and we'll tell you before we load anything. A member of staff confirms every price before you pay. No surprise invoices afterwards.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nothing hidden. Every price you see already includes VAT and is the total payable — no call-out fee, no congestion surcharge, no fuel levy, nothing added at checkout. Two things are added openly, and always before you pay: a disposal surcharge on items that genuinely cost more to get rid of properly (fridges, mattresses, TVs, tyres, paint, gas bottles and the like), and a premium if you want a narrow arrival window or a Sunday collection.
