1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of waste.london Ltd ("we", "our", "us") services, including waste collection, skip hire, recycling, and related services across Greater London.

2. Services

We provide household and commercial waste collection services including regular collections, bulky item removal, skip hire, recycling, and confidential waste destruction.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a credit account has been arranged.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

5. Liability

waste.london Ltd holds full public liability insurance. We are registered as an upper-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency. All waste is disposed of in compliance with UK environmental regulations.
