These terms and conditions govern your use of the services of Konrad Makuch trading as Alexander Waste Services Ltd, trading as waste.london ("we", "our", "us"), including waste collection, recycling, and related services across Greater London.
We provide household and commercial waste collection services including regular collections, bulky item removal, house and office clearances, recycling, and confidential waste destruction.
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a credit account has been arranged.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
Konrad Makuch trading as Alexander Waste Services Ltd holds full public liability insurance. We are registered as an upper-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency under registration CBDU276268. All waste is disposed of in compliance with UK environmental regulations.
